Application and financial review
Complete our formal franchise application, sharing your background and financial qualifications. We review it to confirm you meet our criteria for ownership.

Personal questionnaire and follow-up conversation
A short questionnaire helps us understand your business experience and how you would fit with the RedKnight brand. From there we go deeper: your goals, your strengths, and how RedKnight fits your long-term plans.

Franchise Disclosure Document review
You receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) to review thoroughly, on your own time. When you are ready, we set up a call to answer any questions it raises.

Meet the team and training overview
Meet the people you would actually be working with, in person or virtually, and get a preview of our training program, including the RED Process and how AI fits into your day-to-day.

Final approval and agreement signing
Once everything checks out on both sides, you are approved to become a RedKnight franchise owner. Sign the agreement, pay your initial franchise fee, and you are officially in.

Training and launch preparation
Go through our full training program, covering everything you need to run your franchise, while we work with you on marketing and operations so you are ready on day one.

Grand opening and ongoing support
